-Review design package, drawings, and scope of work thoroughly with Lead Designer and/or Creative Director prior to Trade Day
-Coordinate onsite Trade Day with all subcontractors gathering all necessary documentation so they can create accurate bids for client proposal
-Complete & Itemized Scope of Work by tradesman & responsible party – material & labor – including demo directives and any other documents that will help with efficiency onsite
-Create itemized budget for internal use with estimates and formal bids
-Create and maintain project timeline adjusting schedule as work unfolds
-Send weekly progress reports to client & designer
-Must have full understanding of intricacies of the design
-Site visits as planned and/or as needed throughout length of construction
-Procurement of all lighting, selection materials, and construction incidentals with office manager; coordinating delivery to jobsite when needed
-Continued education on best practices for construction and project management
-Develop and implement best practices for operational excellence and luxury client experience
