Lead Designer

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree or similar in Interior Design
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and/or Chief Architect
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative thinker, passionate about design, driven, organized, and kind

We are a growing team that works closely together on a daily basis. We work hard, but have a lot fun in the process! As lead designer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks on residential and commercial projects which include but are not limited to:
- Creating unique designs and customizing them to each client
- Presenting ideas and designs to clients in a way that is fun and easy to understand
- Communicating with the client, vendors, and fabricators via email and phone
- Prepare and adhere to client budgets
- Visiting job sites to ensure plans and ideas are implemented correctly
- Making decisions in the field and communicating with contractors
