We believe in starting with empty rooms because this enables us to provide you with the full value of our expertise and deliver the most impactful results. That said, if you have a special or sentimental piece that you’d like us to consider incorporating into your design, we’re happy to talk about that with you.

HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?

Our team is amazing at working hard on each client’s behalf to keep their projects moving forward efficiently. That said, each project is different and the timeline is dependent on multiple factors, including your specific goals and vision for your space(s), manufacturers’ lead times, and construction schedules. We will provide you with an estimated timeline once we know more about your specific project needs.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE?

We charge flat design fees based on the individual scope and details of each project. We provide estimates for furnishings and products.

WHERE DO YOU SHOP?

We source only the highest quality materials and products from our exclusive list of carefully
vetted trade-only vendors, manufacturers, and craftspeople all over the world.

WILL YOU GIVE ME SEVERAL OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM?

There are thousands (or more!) of options available for each and every selection for your project. Part of our job is to pare down those options to the very best ones for you and your space. At the start of your project, we’ll learn all about you and how you live so we can make selections you’ll love that feel personal to you. Then we do all the heavy lifting for you as we consider specifications like colors, styles, measurements, prices, quality, and availability. After putting the whole puzzle together, we present it to you as a whole to help you better envision the finished product. If you really want to change a few of the pieces at that point, we’re happy to reselect them for you.
