WILL YOU COLLABORATE WITH MY ARCHITECT + CONTRACTORS OR DO I HAVE TO USE YOURS?

We will happily collaborate with your architect and contractors if you have people you want to work with. If not, we’re happy to recommend professionals with whom we work regularly and know to be amazing at what they do. Either way, we’ll work side-by-side with your project’s team to give you the best experience and fantastic results!

WILL YOU GIVE ME SEVERAL OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM?

There are thousands (or more!) of options available for each and every selection for your project. Part of our job is to pare down those options to the very best ones for you and your space. At the start of your project, we’ll learn all about you and how you live so we can make selections you’ll love that feel personal to you. Then we do all the heavy lifting for you as we consider specifications like colors, styles, measurements, prices, quality, and availability. After putting the whole puzzle together, we present it to you as a whole to help you better envision the finished product. If you really want to change a few of the pieces at that point, we’re happy to reselect them for you.

HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?

When it comes to design plans and construction finish selections, we ideally want to have everything completed before construction starts. We can talk with you about how much time we’ll need prior to the start of construction once we know the details of your project.

We charge flat design fees based on the individual scope and details of each project. We provide estimates for any products sourced through us.

We source only the highest quality materials and products from our exclusive list of carefully vetted
retail and trade-only vendors, manufacturers, and craftspeople all over the world.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BRING YOU INTO THE
PROJECT?

We love to be brought in early– even before the architect, if possible. That way, we can help you begin your project with the completely finished end result in mind. We’ll work with you to communicate what you’re envisioning to your architect and lend our guidance from the ground up.
